I started my own healing journey, after my body broke down and demanded to be listened to.
This is when I found the energy healing world.
After taking my first two levels of Reiki, I decided to open my own practice in June of 2019.
February 2020 I added Access Bars® to my tool belt.
In March, I earned my Master/ Teacher certification in Usui Reiki
June 2020 I was able to learn from William Rand, when I took my three day Holy Fire III® Master Teacher Training! My own healing really amplified at this time!
Feb, 2021 I earned my certification in Karuna® Reiki at a Master/ Teacher level.
As well as my certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage!
And if that wasn’t enough I followed my
R A D I C A L A W A R E N E S S
in September 2021 I headed back to school for Massage Therapy!!
I graduated June 2023 as a Registered Massage Therapist with Director’s Honors!
AND because I love learning and hadn’t had enough of school, I graduated with honours of distinction in Manual Osteopathy September, 2024!
Knowing the body works as a whole and is intricately connected, the more tools I have the better I am able to support my clients in feeling whole and healthy.
>My ideal client is someone who is fed up with feeling stuck, held back, not worthy. Someone who is tired of feeling unwell, overwhelmed, not getting answers, not feeling heard. Someone who is willing and ready to devote themselves to their healing and making change.
